Server/bartender

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
