**Job description** We are a close knit HVAC / R company that is looking for a friendly, professional but persistent person to help us with accounts receivables / collections. Your duties will be as listed but not limited to: - Working with the Accounts Receivables team to ensure invoices are sent out as quickly as possible - Receiving the payments (cheque, visa, etc...) and entering them into our accounting program - Preparing weekly reports for our managers meetings Experience & skills required: - Phone and computer skills - Organized - Responsible - A sense of "ownership" - Accounting experience with Quick books or knowledge would be an asset - Excellent communication skills (verbally and written) - A good memory Compensation: - Salary - RRSPs - Benefits - Competitive bonus structure **Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company car - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - COLLECTIONS: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
