On Side Restoration is looking for an Abetment Manager or as we call it, a Remediation Department Manager to join our team Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Remediation Department Manager oversees branch remediation teams. This role is about leading people, emphasizing safety in processes, working efficiently, and focusing on quality.

**What you bring to the team**
- Ability to manage hazmat remediation activities to ensure compliance with standard policies, procedures, and customer protocol.
- Ability to document[SBL1], inform and implement policies and procedures that promote consistent and efficient remediation responses.
- A strategic and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong managerial experience
- A Safety focused mindset
- A strong background in remediation work.

- Trade Certifications
- IICRC certification in:

- Applied microbial remediation technician.
- Mold remediation specialist.
- Fall Protection
- Level 1 First Aid

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
