What you’ll do
Help enforce proper usage of Salesforce, Pardot, and other technology across the revenue organization, providing recommendations to improve the company's use and adoption of the tools
Create dashboards and data visualizations for Sales, Success, and Marketing teams using tools such as Google Sheets and Salesforce Dashboards, Salesforce Tableau
Organize data gathering and cleaning projects, including but not limited to account hierarchies, deduplication, and competitor information
Support optimization and planning of territories and goal setting
Support revenue teams with forecasting activities
Analyze complex data and problems and glean actionable insights to create processes and workflows
Assist with management of user administration tasks including access management, data updates, role assignments, etc across our tech stack.
What we’re looking for
2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Transferable experience in supporting revenue-facing teams
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
Google Sheet Experience including Google Scripts experience or Python
Experience working and managing expectations for many different stakeholders
Salesforce and/or Pardot administrative experience is an asset
Experience working with Salesforce Dashboards, Salesforce Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Python
Sales and/or marketing operations experience an asset
Project management experience is an asset
