Taking care of your own wellbeing ensures you can provide the best care for young children, and we hold space for that. We are looking for an ECEA/ECE to work at our 2.5-5 year old group centre and occasionally sub at our Infant Toddler location.

We are a progressive Montessori environment for children ages 2.5-5 years old. We function with 4/5 educators to 24 students, providing flexibility for staff to take time off and offering more one-on-one opportunities with the children. We follow Montessori philosophies and use Montessori materials, but we have an updated approach that is in line with current best practice standards. We incorporate play-based learning experiences into our program to provide a dynamic and exciting environment. We utilize pedagogical narrations on a weekly basis to share the learning with our families. We value active community involvement and invite our educators to contribute their ideas and passions as much as possible. We also recognize our responsibility to honour the Truth and Reconciliation Act and work to incorporate indigenous curriculum into our program.

We are offering $22-$25/hour with opportunity for annual increase. We also are enrolled in the Wage Enhancement program, which provides a top up of $6/hour, bringing your wage to $29-$31/hr.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
