Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician, you'll be at the heart of our performance by assuming several responsibilities linked to the company's quality management system. You'll play an active part in the development of our quality system, ensuring that every problem finds a lasting solution to guarantee compliance with our customers' requirements. Your expertise and collaboration will be essential in maintaining and improving the quality of our current and future products.
**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Manage the processing of internal and supplier non-conformities
- Manage preventive and corrective actions
- Monitor quality indicators
- Manage quality criteria
- Manage, monitor and document the repair of certain products.
- Be responsible for the management process of measurement and test equipment.
- Develop and execute measurement and test plans
- Develop and implement quality training plans.
- Communicate inspection results
- Maintain required documentation
- Participate in various improvement projects
- Participate in ISO and customer audits and regulatory inspections.
**With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role**:
- College diploma (DEC): mechanical, industrial, quality or materials engineering and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with measurement methodologies and tools
- Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documents
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and independently
