As a Methods Technician, you'll play a key role in optimizing production and industrialization processes. Working closely with the production team and operators, you'll be responsible for defining and improving work methods with a view to increasing efficiency, quality and safety while reducing costs.

**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:
Product production / industrialization
- Support production and engineering in the validation of new products
- Define work methods for new products that meet customer quality criteria while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to solve technical problems.

Methods and manufacturing engineering
- Write and update work instructions, manufacturing routines and other documents related to operations
- Work with production employees to validate the adequacy of methods and instructions
- Consult with various stakeholders and experts to validate the conformity of methods in terms of quality and safety
- Analyze manufacturing routines through time studies and identify wastage

**With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role**:

- Technical college diploma in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCad, SolidWorks), management tools (ERP, MES) and Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
