We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Technical Functional Owner to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). This is a hybrid working schedule (2-3 days per week in office)

Day to Day job Duties:
Act as the Functional Owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system

Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs

Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes

Contributes to developing assets, accelerators, offerings and differentiators in the HCM space.

Qualifications:
6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM

Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization

Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution

Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)

Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM

Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies

Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants.

Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
