**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all produce items by regularly inspecting and rotating stock.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding produce selection, preparation, and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, including cleaning displays and removing any damaged items.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport products as needed within the store.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that promote sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the cashier station while providing friendly service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient department operations and excellent customer experiences.

**Skills**
- Retail sales experience is preferred to enhance customer interactions.
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and provide assistance effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, facilitating communication with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to effectively display products.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Experience in cashiering for efficient transaction processing.
- Basic maintenance skills for equipment upkeep within the department.
