**About us**:
Al Premium Food Mart is a large-scale food supermarket chain in Canada. We supply varieties of food that caters to mainstream tastes as well as other ethnic groups like East Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), Southeast Asian (Malaysian, Thai, Filipino) and South Asian (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka. We operate three Al Premium grand stores in GTA. We also team up with Walmart and by now operate 11 in-stores in Walmart (9 in GTA and 2 in BC). Our cooperation with Walmart is still fast expanding.

Produce Clerk (Morning Shift, 6am-2:30pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Pack, stock, load, and display fruits and vegetables.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product information, helping them locate aisles, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain proper product rotation, keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products, organize food displays, and ensure products are accurately labeled.
- Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations when requested.
- Keep shelves, aisles, and working areas clean and tidy.
- Follow procedures to process expired products and manage shrinkage.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Able to work on weekends and perform heavy lifting when required.

**Requirements**:

- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Adhere to health, safety, and compliance policies and procedures.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift boxes over 40 pounds when needed.
- Previous experience and product knowledge are considered assets

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
