- Ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and inviting customer service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- A passion for Punjabi cuisine and a desire to share it with others.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
