**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your culinary experience will contribute to creating delightful dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and presentation of meals.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Support the serving team during busy periods, ensuring guests receive prompt service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous kitchen experience is essential; culinary experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
