We are currently seeking a **Director’s Assistant** to support daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of our facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Policy Support**:

- Assist the Director in organizing and documenting reward and penalty systems and ensuring workflows are efficiently managed.

2. **Report Management**:

- Collect and organize daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with accuracy and timeliness.

3. **Task Coordination**:

- Schedule and assign tasks effectively, following up on progress and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Provide three potential solutions when reporting issues to the Director.

4. **Operational Efficiency**:

- Maintain and oversee the forum platform and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
- Operate office equipment to complete assigned tasks and support administrative duties such as correspondence, visitor arrangements, and meeting scheduling.
- Manage electronic documents, perform data entry, and prepare deliverables for clients, including tradeshow preparation and project execution.

5. **Work Ethic**:

- Respond promptly to requests and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain a steady, humble, and proactive attitude when under pressure.
- Avoid procrastination by acting swiftly and carefully.

6. **Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in the golf industry, particularly in marketing or organizing golf leagues, is preferred.
- Marketing and sales expertise, as well as familiarity with QuickBooks for financial functions, is highly valued.

7. **Additional Duties**:

- Clean and maintain computers and work environments to ensure a professional setting.
- Assist with project planning, including product launches and travel itinerary coordination.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

**Job Requirements**:

- A university degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, escalate issues, and work with limited supervision.
- Proven editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of handling tasks quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and computer literacy.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
