**Nextgen Systems Canada** is looking to hire a skilled and customer-focused **Full-Time Alarm Technician** to join our growing telecommunications services team in **Niagara Falls, ON**, and surrounding regions.

**Full training provided**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial alarm and security systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, cameras, and related equipment.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure all installations comply with company standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing to confirm proper system operation and signal transmission.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide on-site technical support.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of completed work, materials used, and service activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or certification in **Telecommunications, Electronics, IT**, or related field (an asset)
- Prior experience as an **Alarm or Security System Technician** preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Valid Class-5 driver’s license**:

- **Clear Criminal Background check**:

- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude
