Regina, Canada ICR Commercial Real Estate Full time

ICR is rapidly growing and we need someone to join our team We are currently expanding and are needing another Accounting Technician to manage a portfolio. As an Accounting Technician, you will do the full cycle bookkeeping for our clients and assist Property Managers in generating financial reports for our owners.

The Tech is analytical and has a keen eye for the details. This position requires a high degree of organization with impeccable follow up and communication skills. The ability to problem solve and find solutions is a must.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
**Recording of day-to-day transactions**

Ø Preparing deposits and recording receipts

Ø Preparing cheques to pay bills

Ø Preparing invoices as required

Ø Entering accounts payable as needed to support accounting clerk

**Month-end & year-end preparation**

Ø Maintaining bank account records and reconciling bank accounts

Ø Reconciling general ledger accounts

Ø Posting journal entries including month-end accruals

Ø Monitoring of arrears

Ø Preparation of financial reports

**Other tasks**

Ø Communications with property managers, clients, and others

Ø Financial analysis

Ø Assisting with budgeting

Ø Filing and other clerical work
