**About the Role**

Skin Republic Clinic is looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented **Front Desk Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator**to be the face of our clinic. This is a **part-time role (with mandatory Thursday, Friday & Saturday shifts)** that has the potential to grow into a full-time position as our clinic expands.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and check clients in and out of their services.
- Assist new clients with general information about services and help guide them toward the most suitable treatments (Training will be provided with final recommendations provided by our practitioners)
- Assist Skin Practitioners with treatment prep and post-service wrap-up
- Maintain accurate **client records**.
- Use our **Skin Analysis device** to capture before-and-after treatment images.
- Take photos and short video clips for **social media**throughout the day (Social media management skills are not required but would be a valued bonus)
- Assist with Marketing material
- Manage product **inventory, orders, and record keeping**.
- Support sales and promotions by educating clients about services and skincare.
- Work collaboratively with the team on cleaning and organization responsibilities.
