**Responsibilities & duties**:

- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
- Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring continuous content, SEO, and user experience improvement, while aligning with the company's evolving strategies and goals.
- Drive social media strategy by creating engaging content, fostering follower engagement, and implementing organic growth strategies.
- Oversee company swag and merchandise inventory and distribution, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team on innovative employee recognition initiatives reinforcing the company culture.
- Drive internal marketing efforts, creating communications that inform and engage employees with the company’s goals, achievements, and values.
- Evaluate event and sponsorship opportunities, making strategic recommendations for participation.
- Development and execution of branding initiatives and guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Analyze performance metrics across all marketing areas, extracting actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts and achieving key objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Graphic Design knowledge and experience (Canva, Adobe Suit, etc).
- Video Content Creator using Capcut (among others).
- Minimum of three years of relevant marketing experience, including coordinating marketing activities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to marketing planning and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and optimize marketing efforts based on data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
