**Job Duties**
- Analyzes inventory to ensure inventory levels match demand
- Responsible to build relationships with key vendors and manufactures
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
- Prepare purchase orders and submit orders for processing
- Responsible for purchasing of products for retail
- Enter and track all vendor data into company database
- Prepare monthly reports such as back-order report, return merchandise reports, and pending and projected order report
- Attend monthly meetings with the Managing Director of Operations to share results and reforecast targets
