We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Independent Sales Representative to drive sales of our comprehensive mask portfolio including CSA Certified respirators, N-95 respirators, and ASTM adult and pediatric procedure masks, in addition to other PPE products such as bouffant hair coverings, shoe covers, etc.
This role is ideally suited for a sales agent with an existing customer base who is selling products that are complimentary to the Canada Masq portfolio. This role provides a generous commission-only plan with earning potential uncapped and can complement your other potential product lines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads
- Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
- Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Negotiating pricing aligned with corporate price corridors, with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
- Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers' signatures to complete each sale.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum 5 years direct sales experience.
- The ability to travel to customers.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
