Mississauga, Canada Urban Medical Centre Full time

Urban Medical Centre is a rapidly growing family practice in Mississauga. We are looking for a **part-time**medical receptionist who demonstrates superior organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal and computer skills with the ability to balance multiple work demands. Some hours may be at a second medical clinic, also located in Mississauga.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 3 weekday mornings and Saturday morning. Approximately 16-20 hours per week.
- Knowledge of Accuro Electronic Medical Records is required.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Ability to perform lab technician / phlebotomist duties an asset.
- Strong drive and proven track record for patient satisfaction.
- Consistent attention to detail, organization and able to be proactive in anticipating client and office needs.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- College diploma or degree in Office Administration or equivalent an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handling inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Organize patient files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
