Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Verify patient insurance information
- Maintain patient records accurately and updated
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs promptly and accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with phone systems and handling high call volumes efficiently
