The **Vice-President for Prime car care (Speedy & Novus)** will be responsible to manages the day-to-day execution of the business development strategy, plans, and processes to drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. In this role you will have to guide and supervise teams in best practices and effective tactics for prospecting new markets, partners, channels, and customers. He/she will establishes team targets and metrics to measure the achievement of objectives.
The Vice President of Prime Car Care will develops and uses contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand changes. Makes suggestions for new product offerings or improvements to sales or marketing efforts.

- Lead the development of partnership and networks that support and progress the objectives of Fix Network.
- Ensure that appropriate sales goals are developed and achieved.
- Establish and maintain a partnership evaluation protocol that ensures that potential partner organizations are responsive, managed openly and effectively and work with similar or complimentary objectives.
- Network effectively in efforts to acquire and develop effective business relationships
- Take appropriate actions to increase the visibility and stature of the organization.
- Promote the aims, policies and objectives of Fix Network and its partner organizations.
- Represent the Company's priorities and perspectives when dealing with external stakeholders.
- Maintain contact with local, regional and global external partners in the industry.
- Take appropriate actions to increase the visibility and stature of the organization.
- Review research, feasibility studies and business plans to develop strategies for the improvement, development and customization of products and services.
- Create appropriate strategies to ensure competitive edge.
- Promote the mission and values of the organization both internally and externally.
- Assess operational issues in regards to competitiveness, staying current in terms of current trends and innovations.
- Stay up to date with external and internal developments in the environment for identifying new market segments.
- Develop a process to gather continuous feedback from clients.
- Other related duties as assigned.
**You think you have what it takes to be our Regional Vice-President? Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit**:
- Preferred University Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a Business Development Management position.
- Minimum 10 year's experience in Business Development.
- Experience in the Mechanical or Glass after market industry
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to create, and assess feasibility studies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
- Confident with decision making in regards to determining project guidelines, purpose, following through and completion.
- Understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures.
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

**Experience**: Required
- 5 - 10 years: Minimum 5 year's experienc
