**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:

- Shipping/Receiving and order picking ensuring both quantity and lot # accuracy
- Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate raw material warehousing
- Physical & system processing of transfers from raw materials warehouse to manufacturing and vice versa
- Record and report all non-conformances
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform Cycle Counting
- Accurate lot control through proper FIFO of materials
- Safe operation of material handling equipment i.e., pallet trucks, shrink wrapper etc.

To set you up for success in this role from Day 1, 3M requires (at minimum) the following qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Proficiency with MS-Office and associated software for data entry, inventory tracking, spreadsheets, electronic mail, etc.
- JIT, FIFO knowledge
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
