**_Program Coordinator_**

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about helping to grow businesses that are shaping Alberta? If so, Alberta Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) is searching for a **Program Coordinator** to join their professional team.

Reporting to the Program Lead, this position is a wonderful and diverse opportunity to undertake program management and support our clients and other stakeholders. This individual will have a role in both program planning and implementation as well as ensuring a positive and engaging experience for AWE clients. This position will also work closely with our department Program Leads.

This position is currently a hybrid working arrangement (in-office with the ability to work from home).

**Key Roles & Responsibilities **_(include but are not limited to)_

Program Planning & Implementation
- Organize logistics for programs and events to provide an excellent client experience
- Coordinate program-related attendance at external events
- Work with Marketing to ensure events and programs are promoted in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure communications include up-to-date and accurate program information, resources, and tools
- Ensuring implementation of policies and practices
- Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
- Create and update accurate and timely client records for communication, programming, and reporting purposes
- Monitor and report on program milestones, relationships and contract requirements

Client Experience
- Respond to client inquiries for information in a timely and professional manner
- Provide appropriate resource, training, and information referrals
- Track client interactions in Salesforce
- Monitor, review, and report on service-related key performance indicators (KPIs)

**Education & Experience**
- Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent
- Two (2) years of relevant experience, including:

- Coordinating and implementing projects and programs
- Grant writing and/or technical writing

**About You**

The incumbent will have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The individual is an innovative thinker who will conceive and implement new ideas through effective communication across a wide range of stakeholders. In addition, the individual will have the ability to achieve organizational goals and effectively work with cross-functional teams and establish and maintain highly effective and trusting working relationships.

This position also travels occasionally for business requirements within Alberta, therefore the need for flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
