Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly front counter receptionist to join our team at Dolphin Dry Cleaners. As a front counter receptionist, you will be responsible for serving customers, bagging and tagging clothes, pressing shirts, and handling wash and fold services for linen and undergarments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Bag and tag clothing items accurately
- Press shirts to a high standard
- Manage wash and fold services with care and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and store
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner

**Hours: The working hours for this position are**

**Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6**

**Saturday from 9am-5pm.**

**Sunday Off**

**More hours can be given if needed.**

**Requirements**:

- Must be friendly, reliable and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in dry cleaning is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must be able to work well within a team and independently.

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
