**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience
- Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
- Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry
- Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Our maintenance teams are responsible for general preventative and repair maintenance of multi-unit residential buildings, including in-suite turnover and repairs and grounds maintenance grounds maintenance. This role supports a variety of maintenance activities including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting to ensure service and support is provided to all residents of Hazelview Properties.
