We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Site Laborer to join this dynamic team.

The Site Laborer - is responsible for assisting in the processes involved with excavation and grading projects. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and supporting the team in completing excavation projects efficiently and safely. They report to the Site Supervisor and will execute these tasks to the highest quality standards in a professional, responsible, and timely manner, while contributing to positive morale, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Excavation and Grading**:

- Assist in the installation of têxtiles, pipes, and various materials required on an excavation site.
- Support heavy equipment operators by providing guidance and maintaining safe distances.
- Operate some heavy equipment such as self-propelled compactor, rock trucks, walk behind compactors.

**2. Site Maintenance and Organization**:

- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform general site cleanup and manual labor tasks as required.

**3. Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.

**4. Team Support and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks as directed.

**The ideal traits needed to perform this role**
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment, and be able to handle quick changes based on environment, and timeline changes

- Comfortable working alone, but willing to collaborate with a team when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Driver’s License
- Be able to lift 50 pounds

**How to Apply**:

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
