**Working Arrangement**

As Product Analyst, Member Customer Experience you’ll be part of Group Benefits’ Customer Experience team, in a role that supports Product Owners deliver digital experiences that delight our members while delivering on our promise to makes decisions **_easier _**and **_lives better _**. You are responsible for ensuring that our digital initiatives meet the pre-defined user acceptance criteria before releasing to market.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Product Development & Management Support**
- Support the business and user acceptance testing for multiple digital initiatives
- Participate in quarterly planning and prepare test strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, to manage the complete and defect-free delivery of several digital products and member journeys.
- Triage, monitor and test defects to resolution with appropriate parties
- Support and inform key stakeholders of potential customer pain points
- Working the development team with test scenarios
- Assist with the execution of product plans and projects from concept through to completion
- Raise issues to product owners and work with a development team to resolve defects.
- Share test results with product owners for official signoff in preparation for production

**Experience**
- Jira and Confluence experience
- 1-3 years working in Group Benefits
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe)
- Strong communication and Analytical skills

**Primary Location**

Waterloo, Ontario

**Salary range is expected to be between**

$55,125.00 CAD - $91,875.00 CAD
