**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for plumbing installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Weld pipes and fittings as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
