We're looking for an individual who is able to work closely with our management team to supervise, mentor and develop front counter employees. Ideally, our Sales Associate will have experience with customer service and possess strong communication skills as well as an understanding of the restaurant industry. We're interested in hiring a charismatic and hard-working Sales Associate with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and cashiering procedures
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Technical sales experience or knowledge is a bonus
- Ability to adapt to new technology and learn about technical products

**Salary**: $58,084.00-$68,112.00 per year
