- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills is essential
- Experience with technology products or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
- Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role
