BRON is looking for a **Junior Buyer/Purchaser** to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Place orders for parts and materials as required by the production schedule.
- Continuously search for sources that provide best value.
- Negotiate pricing.
- Maintain updated supplier information.
- Monitor open POs and adjust delivery dates according to the production schedule.
- Expedite orders as required.
- Resolve invoice issues.
- Be able to effectively communicate with Engineering, Production staff, shop floor staff.
- Possess exceptional organization skills.
- Be detail oriented.
- Show a sense of urgency when required.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess experience with Visual Manufacturing.
- Possess proficient skills in all Microsoft platforms with an emphasis on proficiency in MS Excel.
- Possess the ability to engage in critical thinking when faced with any problem.
- Be able to communicate clearly with all levels of Management.
- Communicate with suppliers in a professional manner.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)
