**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Engage with customers to promote products and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
- Selling, restocking, and engaging customers with collectors sneakers and apparel
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and returns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with all sneaker and streetwear brands and products carried in store
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong social media presence and understanding is an asset
- Efficient and learn procedures quickly
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with technical sales is a plus, particularly for products requiring detailed explanations or demonstrations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy retail setting.
- Motivated to sell and excel in customer service
- Positive work attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
