**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing detailed information about products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
