This includes guiding staff in client service delivery and supporting the administrative functions of the Early Childhood Educator Registry Teams. This role involves ensuring that services meet client and program needs by monitoring performance metrics which has a meaningful impact on families in BC. Additionally, the manager must effectively respond to shifting priorities and workload demands to address any service delivery issues and effectively support the implementation of a new IMIT system. **Qualifications**: **Education and Experience Requirements** - Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. - A minimum of two (2) years’ experience leading program delivery and supervising large teams. - Experience leading or supporting the implementation of complex service initiatives or programs. - Experience working directly with other programs, agencies, special interest groups and/or clients in the delivery of public programs. - Experience managing vendors and/or contracted agencies through contract management, problem solving, and/or conflict resolution. Preferences may be given to applicants with: - Experience supervising in a unionized environment. - Experience leading virtual teams. - Experience supervising and leading teams with subordinate supervisors. - Experience using data analytics and KPIs. - Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis and research. - Experience in the BC Public Service. **About this Position**: There is currently one temporary position available until October 31, 2025.
