**What you will do**:

- Build electrical business in the Winnipeg Region, growing our dealer network
- Understand market conditions and competitive forces, analyze market share and identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Outside Sales team to identify new market opportunities and prospect new customers
- Partner with Outside Sales team to make sales presentations to new and existing customers
- Determine customer requirements and expectations
- Provide electrical technical support to customers and sales team
- Visit job sites as needed to provide customer service
- Work closely with an provide direction to electrical Inside Sales team
- Prepare and present quotations to prospective customers
- Identify product selection and assist in setting up new vendors as it relates to the electrical department
- Perform other duties as assigned

**About You**:

- You possess extensive knowledge of electrical products and previous Outside Sales experience
- You have a strong technical background and prior sales experience with Automation and Controls
- You have Panel Shop knowledge
- You have OEM or industrial sales experience
- You possess excellent communication, computer and problem solving skills
- You have previous supervisory or leadership experience
- You have a valid driver's license and passport, as travel from time to time will be required
