We are looking for a **Manager, IT Infrastructure and Applications** with a focus on secure operation of IT systems. Reporting to the COO and working with high-performing data, technology, and creatives, you will dive into a new generation of IT systems and technology that contribute to our evolving client driven IT practices focused on building value for the business.

**You are**:
**What you’ll do**:

- **Deliver**: Achieving the greatest work experience with the best IT tools and processes for a growing team. Includes procurement, maintenance, development, deployment, security and budgeting. Manage a multitude of computing environments and IT infrastructure systems including networking, servers, data backup, disaster recovery, and servers to support operations.
- **Manage**: Build and manage a team of technical, data and specialists who provide technical support and services. Manage projects of varying complexity and timelines simultaneously while implementing, monitor activities including project assignment and resource allocation.
- **Innovate and automate**: Assist clients (internal and external) with the integration of information technology to satisfy diverse computing needs; identify client needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Consult with Maykers on how to best meet their diverse IT needs and provide consultative expertise in hardware and software specification and licensing.
- **Partner**: Collaborate with team members across the organization while solving IT issues, optimizing local and remote issues. Contribute in other areas to optimize and continuously improve security and management of the Company’s IT infrastructure.

For the role you will have to be:

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of professional, progressive IT experience supporting, managing networked environments, IT security, for both windows, Apple and Linux and mixed environments.
- 3+ years of proven experience as IT Operations Manager or similar role.
- DevOps and cloud experience (Azure a must) and agile work environments.
- Proficiency in Windows server and Microsoft related cloud stack, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, supporting and administering workstations.
- BA in computer engineering/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Systems, BA in Information Technology Management or combination of education and related experience.

**Extras that will give you an edge**:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics stack would be an asset (Field Service, Sales, Project Operations, etc.; with the ability to do customizations.
- Maybe you’ve merged or acquired another IT stack.
- Experience in professional services or marketing business.
- Desire to continue learning, various MS certifications.

**Your first challenges will be**:

- Reviewing overall security/compliance M365 centers and implementing new policies such as proactive notifications on external file sharing, sensitivity label management, risky logins, etc.
- IT asset management; service desk improvement
- Improving onboarding & offboarding; training
- Deployment of MS Teams calling
