**Job Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Perform structural steel framing, including steel wall framing, steel channel installation, and steel drop ceiling systems.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Strong experience in carpentry, woodworking, and concrete forming/finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Keep job sites clean and organized.
- Perform physical labour and lifting tasks at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Can Lift 50lbs and more
- Measure, cut, and install materials.
- 10+ years of experience in residential, low rise, and custom framing
- Must be familiar with the Ontario Building Code.
- Valid Working at Heights, WHMIS and other certifications are preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
