DUTIES
- Production by blending of concentrated metal-organic (oil-based) products
- Process control and operation of plant manufacturing in bulk quantities
- Handling of finished bulk products inventory through release of certified products
- Monitor stock levels of bulk material, dates of expiration, and initiate production accordingly
- Manufacturing operations records maintenance through ERP documents
- Working with chemical reactors and run maintenance by following established SOP
- Perform sample preparation for QC analysis for finished products complying with ASTM standards
- Maintenance and management of materials and equipment needed for production/blending
- Use MS Office and ERP system to create production documents as required by the production schedule
- Manufacturing/blending operations continuous improvement
- Good housekeeping and other tasks, as required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- College level education in a relevant field of petrochemistry
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; previous work experience in petrochemical manufacturing and/or oil analysis program would be a plus
- Skilled at handling barrels and stock management equipment in the warehouse would be an asset
- Competent and comfortable with software, such as ERP, Office, Outlook
- Knowledge of ASTM methods; XFR analysis techniques; Viscometers; UV; Autotitrators would be an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to interact, work & communicate with others in both French and English
- Problem solving, organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results
- Very good knowledge of WHMIS and site safety rules and responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
