Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience with budgeting and cost control in construction projects
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of construction workers
- Familiarity with quality control processes in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using tools such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques to accurately assess project costs

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
