**Job Description**:
Comme technicien(-ne) - relation à la clientèle, votre rôle consistera à réaliser l’ensemble des tâches reliées au service à la clientèle en ce qui a trait à tous les produits et services offerts par la ligne d’affaires.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Recevoir les appels des clients, identifier le besoin, communiquer les informations et les explications relatives aux différents produits de la ligne d'affaires.- Répondre aux questions des clients concernant leur produit.- Renseigner les clients sur les différentes modalités et procédures à suivre dans des cas particuliers ou problématiques.- S'assurer de rencontrer les normes de productivité mínimale reliée à sa fonction.- Traiter en ligne les requêtes pouvant être répondues immédiatement et transmettre l'information nécessaire ou la demande aux départements concernés pour les traitements plus complexes touchant les produits.- S'assurer de transiger avec les personnes autorisées afin de protéger la confidentialité des renseignements personnels.- Effectuer différentes tâches administratives dans les systèmes informatiques spécifiques à la ligne d’affaires.- Proposer les produits ou services offerts par La Capitale groupe financier dans une perspective de ventes croisées (référencement).- Participer à la conservation des affaires et informer les clients des possibilités autres que l'annulation.- Rédiger et signer les lettres lorsqu'une réponse aux clients nécessite un écrit.
Vos talents et vos qualifications:
- DEC en technique en administration, option assurance ou l'équivalent.- Titre de FLMI, ALMI ou ACS un atout.- Minimum d’une année d’expérience dans un poste similaire en service à la clientèle.- Maîtrise de la langue française tant parlée qu’écrite.- Savoir gérer les priorités.- Être orienté vers le client.
