Job Summary:
Are you a seasoned server with a palate for perfection and a passion for all things wine? Join our team at as an experienced server with wine expertise We're seeking an individual who not only excels in traditional server duties but also possesses a good knowledge of wines [bonus points if you like french wines :) ]and relishes the opportunity to share that knowledge with our guests. In this role, you'll not only provide exemplary service but also play a key role in building and curating our wine list to delight our discerning clientele.

Individulas that tend to thrive here are self motivated, organized, and don't need much structure. We are a small team of professionals that work hard and depend on peoplel that can work well with others and be able to multi-task very well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and making change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the food industry and restaurant operations
