Are you a sales leader with a strong background in industrial or packaged gas sales? Our client — a globally recognized Fortune 500 company — is expanding its operations in Western Canada and seeking a **Regional Sales Leader** to oversee its Packaged Gas Division in Alberta.

This is a high-impact role with full **P&L responsibility**, leading a team of sales professionals and driving growth across the region.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside sales reps across Alberta
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share in the packaged gas space
- Own the full P&L for the region and manage budget and performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial, fabrication, and commercial customers
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate major deals, and support team in closing sales
- Collaborate with operations, distribution, and marketing to ensure service excellence

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in **industrial gases**, **welding supplies**, **chemical distribution**, or related industries
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales team and delivering results
- Experience with P&L accountability and regional sales planning
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
