**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Prepare detailed estimates for new construction projects, ensuring all supporting documents are reviewed prior to the project closing.
- Assemble thorough roof replacement quotations, as well as budget presentation reports.
- Manage the tendering process and set up tender packages (quantity takeoffs, costing, pricing, review proposal requirements, monitor bids, etc.), ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects.
- Attend new construction and re-roofing tender site meetings and represent MASI Group Inc. when working directly with building owners.
- Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships.
- Maintain organized records and files of ongoing and past estimates.
- Liaise with building owners, property managers, consultants, and other potential customers.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements**:

- Experience with roofing estimating (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, TPO, Green Roofing and Conventional Systems)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract (access to a company vehicle will be provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
