**Responsibilities**
- Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens such as but not limited to: deadheading, staking, weeding, edging, cultivating, pruning and raking
- Lawn cutting and trimming
- Plant and move perennials, annuals, shrubs and/or small trees
- Lot clean up of litter and debris each morning
- Watering and caring for indoor tropical plant material as per schedule
- Perennial cut backs and winterization as required

- Handling moderate/ heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Extreme weather condition adaptability
- Manual dexterity

Pay: $17.00 per hour
