**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance and support.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels to ensure operational success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
**Qualifications**
- A master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years experience in the management of vending machines
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and operational management systems is a plus.
