**Duties**:
**Supporting Server Needs**: Work closely with servers to fulfill drink orders promptly and accurately. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for food and beverage servers or serve directly to patrons.

**Sales and Transaction Management**: Collect payment for beverages and record sales accurately. Maintain inventory and control of bar stock, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.

**Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the bar area, including washing glassware and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

**Team Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by assisting colleagues during busy periods and offering help as needed. Work closely with bartenders and servers to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

**Phone Order Handling**: Take takeout orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders. Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers placing takeout orders, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a positive manner
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
