**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Ambitious, career minded individuals who will provide consistent support and guidance to all those around them.
- Menu development and recipe creation
- Well versed in a “steps of service” focused position.
- Passionate and charismatic when it comes to guest interaction.

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years serving or bartending experience in a **full-service** restaurant is required.
- Bartenders should be comfortable with cocktail driven menus & be proficient with mixology techniques.
- Ability to create and develop a everchanging cocktail menu with a emphasis on unique and evolved mixology
- Be the front and center focus of the bar program.
- Comfort with advanced mixology theory (clarification, vacuum infusing, etc.)
