Marketing Manager B2C

- ** Strategy & Execution**: Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Plan, develop and direct marketing programs to drive client admissions and facilitate word-of-mouth referrals
- Work to build brand awareness and interest in both our inpatient and outpatient programs
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns using KPIs to ensure maximum ROI and continued improvement
- ** Lead Attribution**: Employ accurate and sophisticated lead attribution techniques to track the customer journey, understanding the most effective touchpoints and channels
- ** Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)**: Regularly derive and monitor the CAC, implementing strategies for its continual reduction, ensuring efficient use of marketing resources
- ** Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging digital content tailored for our target audience
- ** Social Media Management**: Lead social media strategies ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and brand alignment across all platforms
- ** Team Leadership**: Supervise a team of marketers and maintain the marketing budget
- Research trends and new marketing opportunities
- Assess problems and troubleshooting campaigns
- Act as a **Brand Guardian** ensuring that all marketing and business development material reflect and ehance our brand values
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager B2B to develop and create and execute a **MarComm content calendar**:
- ** Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep EHN Canada at the forefront of the industry
- Other responsibilities as assigned
