With almost 50 years of experience in designing and building high-quality decks, fences, sheds, trellises and more, Sunbury has built our reputation as the premier installation provider in the Lower Mainland. Our main customers are Strata's and Lower Mainland's largest developers. Join our growing team

**Requirements**:

- Reliable, show up on time and complete work on time
- 3+ years of general framing carpentry experience
- Strong customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license
- Have reliable transportation that is insured for work and has a minimum of $2 Million liability insurance
- Have own WorkSafe
- Has own tools

**Responsibilities**:

- Dig, frame and construct custom fencing projects
- Framing and construction of decks
- Install structures such as pergolas, sheds, gazebos, and pagodas
- Assist, supervise and direct other workers
- Demolition of existing fencing/decks/sheds

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong carpentry skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and have many tasks on the go.
- Follow blueprint and/or construction plans for specification to meet the requirements of the job

**Communication Skills**:

- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Conduct all communications with customers, site superintendents and business contacts in a conscientious, professional manner.
- High tempers and disrespect will not be tolerated, and goes both ways.
- Resourceful and assertive.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $300.00-$500.00 per day

Work Location: In person
